Generic Service and Support options
A. Time and Materials Without a service contract you call for service when you need it and pay the highest rates, with no guaranteed response time. The good news is that you don't have to think about service until you need it. The bad news is that repairs can be lengthy and expensive.
B. Pre Purchased Time This works the same as Time and Materials except that you pre purchase blocks of time in 5 or 10-hour increments at a 5% or 10% discount. This gives you the same benefits as Time and Materials But at a cost savings Over traditional Time and Materials rates.
C. Maintenance Contract This is an Annual contract with a monthly fee based on the amount of equipment supported. The maintenance contract allows you to take a proactive approach to your support as opposed to the reactive approach of time and materials. Helping to avoid costly system outages and unproductive "down time". Giving you in affect your own Virtual IT Staff.
