Please allow this letter to serve as our statement of positive reference relative to the Information technology services we have received from Robert Williams, t/aWilliams Technology Services. With the help of Williams Technology Services,we recently underwent a total revamping of our information technology services from both a hardware and software standpoint. This included modification of the existing system from a Novell based local area network to a Windows NT environment and implementation ofWindows XP upgrade from Windows 95.

By way of reference, we had previously used two much larger information technology service companies in the past. One of these companies provided services to take our then-existing DOS system to a Windows-based environment when we relocated our physical plant. The service we received from Mr. Williams relative to assessment of our hardware needs was far superior in terms of time and expense that it cannot be understated. Further, unlike our past experiences, Mr. Williams came in under budget for the transfer of our systems. In addition, his willingness to work with our peculiar needs relative to timing issues by performing the hardware and software implementation on weekends and evenings, while still allowing us to run our current system on our previous server, clearly helped maximize our office efficiency and our resulting profitability.

In short, I can only offer that the quality and level of services that we have received from Mr. Williams has been far superior to that which we received from much larger concerns in terms of price, response time, and most importantly, effectiveness. I would highly recommend Mr. Williams' services for any hardware or software needs. Further, I would be more than willing to discuss these things personally, should that be of interest to you.
