How did we get started?

Back in 1996 Mr. Williams was talking to the owner of a small restoration company in York. The owner was complaining about the poor quality of the computer equipment and the need for service technicians to visit several times a week. Mr. Williams offered to come in over the weekend and see if he could help. After a few weekends there was no longer a need to have technicians onsite every week. The company was so pleased with the result they asked Mr. Williams if it would be possible for him to take over their computer support.
